National Association of Appraisers (NAA) is a non-profit 501c(6) professional association that is dedicated to advocating for the interests of professional appraisers, providing timely accurate information and professional development. NAA publishes an on-line newsletter, Appraiser e-News and our magazine, Appraiser Focus.

We at Appraiser eLearning like to be different. Our mission is simple: we’re here to put a new spin on Appraiser training and continuing education. We aim to make it enjoyable and interesting by integrating the latest technology and multimedia into our courses. It’s our understanding that, by creating and delivering products we believe in, we are able to fill a long-standing void in the appraisal training industry. Specifically, we are here to NOT be boring.

As professional appraisers and appraisal instructors, we are well aware that CE for appraisers can be painful and dull. Our courses are not the traditional click-through-to-your-certificate offerings you might be used to. We seek out the best instructors in the business, produce content with them, and deliver a finished product that you can take online, from the comfort of your own home. Come check out what we are doing that sets us apart.

The Florida Association of Appraisers is committed to empowering professionals in this industry and ensuring a strong, knowledgeable community for the betterment of real estate valuation.

Join co-hosts, the National Association of Appraisers and Appraiser eLearning, at the 9th annual Appraiser's Conference and Trade Show (ACTS) that will be held April 3-6, 2027 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando.

Our state organization host for this meeting is the Florida Association of Appraisers.

Orlando is a vibrant, fast‑growing city in Central Florida known for its world‑class theme parks, thriving convention industry, and warm, sunny climate. It attracts millions of visitors each year and is home to major destinations like Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort, the latter located right next to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando.

For appraisers, attending the ACTS Conference offers both professional and practical advantages:

  • A premier convention city: Orlando is one of the nation’s top destinations for conferences and trade shows, supported by a strong tourism and convention economy.

  • Convenient, high‑energy location: The DoubleTree sits at the entrance to Universal Orlando, giving attendees easy access to dining, entertainment, and after‑hours networking opportunities.

  • Engaging environment for learning and connection: The city’s mix of attractions, cultural venues, and walkable amenities creates an energizing backdrop for education, collaboration, and industry engagement.

If you're not on our email list and you'd like information on the conference, email us and we'll add your name to our list.

We hope to see you in April!
