Kevin Hecht, MNAA, ChE Chartered Economist ®

Kevin Hecht is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser based in Missouri with over three decades of experience in the field. His journey in real estate appraisal began in 1987, and since then, he has appraised a wide array of residential properties. Kevin has held various roles in the industry, serving as an Independent Fee Appraiser, staff appraiser, District Manager, and Regional Manager for institutions such as Bank of America and CoreLogic. 

With a strong educational background, Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University, and a Master's in Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy Economics, furthering his commitment to academic excellence.

Kevin's expertise extends beyond appraisal. He is an AQB Certified USPAP instructor and an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor, demonstrating his dedication to ensuring professional standards and quality education in the field.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Kevin is passionate about economics and is a faculty member at several Colleges and Universities. He is an active member of the American Economic Association and The American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, contributing his insights and expertise to the broader academic and professional community. Additionally, he holds the credential of ChE Chartered Economist, a testament to his proficiency in economic analysis and policy.
