Scott Cullen, MNAA

Scott Cullen, MNAA is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Minneapolis / St Paul market.  He is the appraiser half of the Solomon Adjustment calculators which help hundreds of appraisers support sales grid adjustments with the cost approach.  He has authored courses for Appraiser eLearning and had articles published in Appraiser Focus and WorkingRE magazines. He serves on the Education Committee of the NAA.
