Appraiser Trainees - $459 -This registration type is for Appraiser Trainees only. It includes the opening reception, exhibit hall access, light breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch, and conference sessions on Monday and Tuesday (approved or accepted for 14 hours in most states). If you are registering a guest, please remember that guests are not allowed in the conference sessions

Sunday - 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Appraiser Trainee Field Trip ($25) - {Meet in the lobby at 9:15 a.m.}

Welcome to an exciting learning opportunity! This field trip is designed for appraiser trainees to dive deep into the process of analyzing and measuring new homes within a vibrant new home community.

The primary aim of this trip is to provide hands-on experience in evaluating new residential properties. Trainees will get practical exposure to the techniques and tools used in measuring, analyzing, and documenting various aspects of new homes.

If you are planning to attend this Field Trip, please wear closed-toe shoes or work boots. If needed, plastic shoe/boot covers will be provided. You will be required to sign a waiver before visiting the construction site.
